With just a staff of less than 10 people\, their stretch goes wide by looking to providing over three thousand backpacks to the area students and families. \n  \nIf you are looking to make a presence in the community and share valuable resources this space is just right for you! \n  \nBy contributing both your time and resources you bring an immeasurable value to the community. We are excited to have a passport system for each family that will ensure your organization will connect with community and families will get the resources and connections they need. Passport system: After families register they will be given a passport where they choose a minimum of 10 resource tables to visit. Once their passport is complete they will be able to move through the event and get their backpacks with school supplies. \n \nWe will have 50 tables available for Community Resource partners\, Area East Side Businesses\, nonprofit and area friends and family.\nPlease sign up before August 4th to guarantee a table at the event! \n\nSpace availability will be on a first come\, first serve basis. We would love to have you!\nAfter August 4th\, there will be a waitlist\n\nWe kindly suggest a donation of a minimum of $75 \n\nAmazon Wish List\nMonetary donations through Eventbrite\n\nPlease register your organization today to guarantee a spot through the online ticketing system! \n \nWe are looking for individuals and teams to volunteer thorough the day! Set up starts at 9am – clean up starts at 7:30pm.\nSession 1: 9:00am – 12:00pm \n\nHelp with Event Set Up\n\nSession 2: 11:30am – 2:30pm \n\nHelp with Event Set Up\n\nSession 3: 2:00pm – 4:30pm \n\nHelp with Event Set Up\n\nSession 4: 4:00pm – 7:30pm \n\nVolunteer in different areas of need\, whether it be with community resources\, handing out backpacks\, food or clothes!\n\nSession 5: 7:15pm – 9:00pm \n\nHelp with Event Clean Up\n\nPlease find the sign up slots to volunteer through our online ticketing system \n  \nClick here to visit our Event Bright Page to Sign up!
