We are the referring agency and we do not pay the cost of bridging. The cost is $70.00 for the application (which includes a processing fee), and delivery fee of $270.00 (which includes a processing fee). For those who qualify we can apply on the clients behalf for the delivery fee to be paid by St. Paul Foundation. We advise clients to also connect with their case/social workers to see if these costs can be covered.
